Three Notre Dame girls golfers earned a trip to the Class 1 state meet in the program's inaugural year.
Kiera Soutar led the way for the Bulldogs with an 88 at Innsbrook Golf Course in St. Louis. That was good enough for seventh at Wednesday's Class 1 Sectional 1 meet.
Morgan Schumer carded a 94 to tie for 15th, while Camille Brewer was 18th with a 96. Both will join Soutar at the state meet.
Notre Dame finished fourth out of five teams with a 380 on the par-72 course. Westminster Christian won the sectional title with a 335, while Villa Duchesne was second with a 358.
Amy Blattel rounded out the Bulldogs' scoring with a 102.
The Class 1 state meet will be held Oct. 17 and 18 at Silo Ridge Golf Club in Bolivar, Mo.
Central's season came to an end with an 8-5 loss to Poplar Bluff at Hillsboro.
The Tigers, who were seeded fourth, enjoyed a 5-2 lead after five innings. But the Mules, the No. 5 seed, scored two runs in the sixth inning and four in the seventh to rally to victory.
Casey Hotop allowed three hits over six innings to lead Perryville past host Potosi 7-0 to reach the semifinals.
Brittany Young doubled twice, and Hotop tripled in the win.
Morgan Baer added two hits for the Pirates (13-5).
Perryville scored two in the first inning, two in the third and three in the fourth.
Kristy Brucker went 3 for 4 with two RBIs at the plate and struck out four and walked one in the circle to lead No. 3 seed Kelly past Saxony Lutheran 9-3 at St. Pius.
Samantha Ratledge went 3 for 4 with a homer, while Jessica Worth finished 2 for 2 with an RBI.
Natalie Schlimpert struck out five and didn't walk a batter in a losing effort for the Crusaders.
The Hawks (13-10) will face No. 2 seed St. Pius in today's 4:30 p.m. semifinal.
St. Vincent, which defeated Jefferson 5-3, will face top-seeded Scott City in today's 2:30 p.m. semifinal.

Delta upset Van Buren in the opening round of district play at Oran.
Chasity Taylor, Rachel Birkman and Lisa Lankford all drove in a run in the Bobcats' 4-1 victory over the No. 3 seed.
Ciara Coomer struck out nine to improve to 3-9 in the circle this season.
Macey Parks went 3 for 4 in the victory for No. 6 seed Delta (6-13).
The Bobcats will face No. 2 seed Oran in today's 4 p.m. semifinal.
Neelyville, the No. 5 seed, dispatched No. 4 seed Chaffee 6-3.
Sierra Miller went 2 for 3, including a double, for the Red Devils.
Kaitlin McFerron took the loss. She allowed six runs, five earned, and struck out three over seven innings.

Mikah Simpson recorded six kills and four aces in the Rams' speedy home win.
Sydney Short put up 15 assists, while Katie Hogan finished with eight kills for Scott City (18-0).
Erin Bollmann finished with nine kills and five blocks to lead the Panthers to the road win.
Whitney Welker contributed three kills and six aces, while Erin Welker served three aces for Meadow Heights (15-7).
St. Vincent's Laura Steele finished third in the girls race to lead local finishers at the Chaffee/Saxony Lutheran joint meet.
Oak Ridge finished second in the boys and girls team standings. The Kelly boys took third.
Ethan Seyer paced the Blue Jays with a fifth-place finish, while teammate Corvin Schoen was sixth.
Advance's Braden Bien (eighth) and Saxony Lutheran's Sam Breite (ninth) also broke into the top 10.
Oak Ridge's McKenzie Elam took sixth in the girls race.
