All the high school events reported Monday to the Southeast Missourian.

Sophomore Johneisha Daniel tallied a game-high 31 points as the Scott County Central girls basketball team defeated host Chaffee 77-74 in overtime Monday night.

LaQuisha Strickland and Maddison Avance added 16 points apiece for Scott County Central (5-3, 1-1 Scott-Mississippi Conference), which led by five points, 37-32, at halftime and by two points, 52-50, after three quarters.

Kylie Wilhite sank 24 points to pace Chaffee (4-2, 2-1). Julia Sutterfield recorded 17 points and Carleigh Burnett tossed in 13 points for the Red Devils.

Tori Buckner tallied 12 points, all from behind the arc, for Scott City (1-6).

Charleston's Connor Watkins scored a game-high 16 points to lead the Bluejays in the conference road win over the Bobcats.

Cheyenne Randle recorded 15 points for Charleston (4-1, 3-0 Scott-Mississippi Conference), which held a 13-point lead at halftime and outscored the hosts by three points in the second half to get the victory.

Lydia Borneman and Erin Bond tallied 10 points apiece to pace Delta (2-5, 1-1).

Freshman Leah Cauble scored a game-high 24 points and tallied four rebounds and three assists to help keep the visiting Eagles stay undefeated.

Fellow freshman Jessie Long recorded 18 points, eight rebounds and four steals for Oran (6-0). Ashlyn McIntosh notched 10 points and nine rebounds for the Eagles, who held a 16-point lead at halftime and went on to outscore the host Eagles by 13 points in the second half.

Keisha Rainer scored 19 points for New Madrid County Central (0-4).
