Katie Hogan scored 20 points for the visiting Rams, who trailed 43-33 entering the fourth quarter. Scott City outscored Sikeston 19-9 to send the game into overtime tied at 52-52. Sikeston, which received a game-high 22 points from Asia Liggins, outscored the Rams 7-1 in the extra period.
Michaela Cobb added 16 points for Scott City, while Stacey Heisserer netted 14 points.
