Katie Hogan led the Rams with 16 points, while Michaela Cobb netted nine points.
Machela VanGennip had 13 points for second-seeded Delta.
Scott City built a 23-12 lead by halftime and took an 11-point advantage into the fourth quarter.
Oran beat Kelly 56-41 in the third-place game.
Haley Glastetter had 17 points, while Crissy Sauceda added 12 for Oran.
