Montana Estes took the loss for the Red Devils.

Melanie Lacey homered for the Rams in the first inning. She went 2 for 3.

Lindsey Kern and Macy Heisserer both drove in a run for Scott City.

Emily Myers struck out three in a losing effort for the Tigers.

Mathew Stueve and Brent Rodewald combined for the lopsided shutout Tuesday.

Rodewald also scored three goals and Logan Sprandel added two. Chad Bachmann, Trevor Mabuce, Mark Buerck, Ben Buescher and Shawn Hadler each scored once.

Taylor Johnson and Buerck chipped in two assists apiece.

VOLLEYBALL

The Panthers got four kills apiece from Hattie Cook and Gina Cureton as they improved to 7-6.

Erin Bollmann added six blocks in the win.
