All scores were reported to the Southeast Missourian on Friday.

Benjamin Parsons had three goals and an assist to lead the Notre Dame Bulldogs boys soccer team to an 8-0 win over the visiting Saxony Lutheran Crusaders on Friday.

Chandler Dorris, Wynn Roberds, Devin Ross, Will Pope and Lincoln Hunter each netted goals for the Bulldogs. Parsons, Dorris, Noah Huff, Blake Bauwens and Lincoln Hunter each added an assist for Notre Dame.

Northwest (Cedar Hill) 4, Jackson 3

The Indians came up short in the home loss to the Lions.

Josh Scholl, Kameron Christensen and Colten Weber each scored a goal for Jackson (10-8-1). Hunter Crowden had one assist for the Indians.

Goalkeeper Brayden Emmons had nine saves.

JV -- Northwest (Cedar Hill) won 2-1

Eagle Ridge Christian School 5, Westwood Baptist Academy 1

Jordan Cliff scored three goals and had one assist to lead the Eagles in the road victory in Poplar Bluff.

Josh King added two goals, and Gabe Henson had one assist for Eagle Ridge (8-8). Goalkeeper Dalton Lacey had five saves.

The Eagles will begin play in the Missouri Christian Schools Athletics Association (MCSAA) State Tournament on Thursday in Joplin, Missouri, against Tri-City Christian School of Independence, Missouri.

VOLLEYBALL

Advance 25 25, Woodland 21 20

Freshman Alanis Below recorded seven digs, six kills and three blocks as the Hornets ended their regular season with a conference road victory over the Cardinals.

Sophomore Brylee Morse tallied five kills and two blocks, and senior Maddie Kennedy added five kills for Advance (17-12-2). Senior Hannah Clark notched 15 assists and four aces, while senior Kimsey Lillard had 10 digs for the Hornets.

The meeting was the fourth encounter between Advance and Woodland this season.

Woodland finished the regular season with a record of 14-13-1.

Both teams are seeded second in their respective districts, which begin Monday. The Hornets open Class 1 District 2 Tournament play at 5 p.m. against seventh-seeded Risco at Bell City High School. The Cardinals travel to Bloomfield for the Class 2 District 2 Tournament and will face seventh-seeded Charleston at 5 p.m.

Eagle Ridge Christian School 25 25, Westwood Baptist Academy 19 11

Jessie Gartman slammed eight kills in the Eagles' road sweep in Poplar Bluff.

Callie Hefner dished out five assists and Sarah Jackson added four assists for Eagle Ridge (15-3). Emily Jackson served four aces for the Eagles.

The Central boys swimming team finished seventh out of 18 teams at Friday's Fights in Springfield, Missouri.

Freshman standout Brogan Davis set two state-qualifying times in Friday's meet. He posted a first-place time of 2 minutes, 3.31 seconds in the 200 individual medley to make the state cut, exactly one minute and one second ahead of Rockhurst's A.J. Iseman who finished second with another state-qualifying time. Iseman finished first in the 100 freestyle (49.13 seconds) while Davis placed second with 50.35 seconds, both of which were state qualifiers.
