Notre Dame sophomore Sarah Bell carded a 4-under-par 69 to earn the medalist honors at Monday's Class 1 District 1 meet at the Ste. Genevieve Golf Club as the Bulldogs placed second overall in the team standings to qualify for sectionals.
Bell finished four strokes ahead of MICDS's Shannon Gould, who shot an even-par 73 to help the Rams finish 29 points ahead of the Bulldogs for first place.
The top two teams and top 15 individuals will compete at sectionals on Monday at the Bent Creek Golf Course in Jackson.
Notre Dame sophomore Allison placed third with a 75.
Ste. Genevieve's Madison DeRousse tied for fifth place and Megan Selby tied for 10th place individually to qualify for sectionals.

Delia Lowman recorded six kills, and Kassidy Kassel added five kills for St. Vincent (17-7-3). Karly Huber and Jenna Winkler dished out 13 assists apiece for the Indians.
Krista Rhodes tallied four kills and 11 digs, and Shelby Sawyer had five digs and four kills to pace Woodland (14-6-2). Mackenzie Altenthal hammered three kills and put up two blocks, and Kelsee Long added three kills for the Cardinals. Anna Deck served three aces and provided eight assists, while Madison Cover tallied six digs and six assists. Chelsea Cureton notched 13 digs for the Cardinals.

Logan Franke and Allie Sprink recorded seven kills and six digs each as the Crusaders downed the Cubs on the road.

Grace Mirly finished with two triples, a double and two RBIs, and the Crusaders broke a 6-6 tie with a run in the final inning to win on the road.
Mirly also picked up the pitching win for Saxony Lutheran (10-6). She threw 2 1/3 innings and allowed no runs on two hits. She struck out one and walked none. She came in relief of Kelli Brunke, who pitched 4 2/3 innings and gave up six earned runs on eight hits with one strikeout and three walks.
Logan Welker added two doubles and two RBIs for the Crusaders.
Sarah Handrahan went the distance in the circle to take the loss for Jefferson (14-8). She gave up six earned runs and recorded 11 strikeouts and four walks.
Handrahan also doubled and drove in two runs for the Blue Jays, as did teammate Sam White. Danielle Young also drove in two runs for Jefferson.
