The Notre Dame tennis team won two of the three doubles matches after splitting singles play to reach the Class 1 District 1 championship match with a 5-4 victory Tuesday over Arcadia Valley in Potosi, Mo.
The Bulldogs will play top-seeded Dexter in today's 4 p.m. title match.
Notre Dame dropped the No. 1 doubles match but bounced back with wins at Nos. 2 and 3.
In No. 2 doubles, Notre Dame's Mason Seesing and Zach Anderson defeated Arcadia's Jeremiah Robinson and Josiah Barker 6-3, 6-2.
The Bulldogs' No. 3 team of Webb Marshall and Ethan Derrington then sealed the win with a tight 7-5, 7-5 win over Alex Stark and Joey LaValle.
Nick Essner, Derrington and Anderson recorded singles wins for Notre Dame.

Jimmy Golden had a pair of doubles for Chaffee (20-5), while Lane Henson and Jared Walker both had two hits.
Dalton Coots suffered the loss on the mound for the Eagles (7-14).
