The game was scheduled for East Prairie but was played at Kelly because the Eagles' field was too wet.
Powell struck out 10 and walked two.
Londyn Backfisch went 2 for 4 with two RBIs while Danielle Dock added two hits and two RBIs.
Kaitlin Glastetter went 3 for 4 with an RBI for the Hawks (12-4).

Ryan Gibson was a double individual winner for Jackson.
Caleb Coots and Sam Gramling both earned two individual titles for the Tigers.
Gibson swam a state-qualifying time in the 100 butterfly, while Coots accomplished the feat in the 200 freestyle.
