Top-seeded Kelly moved into the championship game of the Class 2 District 2 softball tournament while second-seeded Scott City was eliminated.
Kelly managed just four hits Thursday but that was enough to beat Crystal City 3-2 in one semifinal.
Kristen Powell pitched a seven-hitter for the Hawks (16-11), who trailed 2-1 before scoring twice in the bottom of the sixth inning.
Kristen Vetter, Jade Rampley and Sydney Vinyard all had doubles for Kelly.
Host Festus St. Pius, the No. 3 seed, knocked off Scott City 12-4 in the other semifinal.
Melanie Lacey homered for the Rams (14-11). Alexis Spriggs tripled and doubled while Jenna Cummins added two hits. Spriggs suffered the loss.
Kelly and St. Pius square off at 4 p.m. today for the title.

Class 2 District 1
Jackson and Central each advanced a doubles team out of the district and into next week's sectional.
The top-seeded doubles squad of Jackson's Jenny Powell and Montana Adams beat Central's No. 2 seeded team of Caroline Harding and Veronica Swingle 6-1, 7-6 (7-2) in the finals in St. Louis.
Central's Emma Segar, seeded first in singles, lost in the semifinals but came back to finish third although she did not advance to the sectional.
Jackson won the team district title earlier in the week to earn a sectional berth.
Notre Dame 25 25 25 Bell City 13 7 21
Notre Dame swept a best-of-five match at home.
Allyson Bradshaw led the Bulldogs (18-3) with 12 kills, followed by Brooke Bohnert with 11.
Shannon Brennan had 18 assists while Haley Wengert contributed 13 digs.
Natalie Gremaud led the Pirates with 10 kills, followed by Samantha Amberger with five in the home victory.
Megan Moldenhauer added 13 assists for Perryville (24-4).
JV -- Perryville won 25-19, 25-9.
Katie Hogan had eight kills and nine digs to pace host Scott City.
Mikah Simpson added nine digs and five kills while Sydney Short contributed 13 assists.
JV -- Scott City won 25-15, 25-17.
Meadow Heights eased to a home victory.
Erin Bollmann collected seven digs while Whitney Welker and Jillian Mills each added three kills for the Panthers (14-6).
Lacey Hemmann recorded 12 assists for Saxony. Kirsti Pohlman had 10 assists and three aces, Sam Babcock added eight digs and Courtney Bergman recorded six digs.
JV -- Saxony Lutheran won 25-22, 18-25, 25-23.
The Bulldogs posted a road sweep.
Torie VanGennip led Zalma (17-2) with 12 assists. Lesta Newberry had six blocks and three kills.
Zalma improved to 17-2 with the victory.

Chaffee/Saxony meet
At the annual Chaffee/Saxony meet held at Jackson, the Oak Ridge boys and Saxony Lutheran girls prevailed.
Oak Ridge had 40 points and four top 10 finishers.
Ethan Seyer ran the course in 17 minutes, 47 seconds to earn third place.
Delta's Zach Riegert broke his school record with a time of 17 minutes, 59 seconds. He was fourth.
Saxony Lutheran had 52 points, led by Kristen Dippold. She was second in 21 minutes, 15 seconds.

Central tri-meet
Central's Jordan Gramling recorded new state qualifying times in the 50 freestyle with a time of 22.96 and in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:03.18.
The Tigers' Caleb Coots also collected a new state cut in the 200 IM with a time of 2:05.33.
Notre Dame collected two first places to finish second behind Chaminade.
