High school roundup: Eagle Ridge volleyball team nets first win of young season
All the local high school events reported Tuesday to the Southeast Missourian.
The Eagle Ridge volleyball team evened its record by avenging its season-opening loss to host Westwood Baptist on Tuesday in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
The Eagles prevailed 25-22, 25-22.
Jessie Gartman and Emily Jackson both had three kills for Eagle Ridge (1-1), while Sierra Roth had six assists and three aces.

The Eagles collected their first win of the season with a rout on the road.
The Eagles evened their record at 1-1. No further details from the game were available.
