Kaileigh Dirden had another big day at the plate with a home run and a no-hitter in the circle, as the Scott City softball team pounded Crystal City 18-0 Thursday on the road.
Dirden went 3 for 3 at the plate and drove in four runs to lead the Rams in the road rout. She also recorded seven strikeouts and one walk in the circle.
Jamie Glastetter and Ginny Mott added two RBIs apiece for Scott City (3-1), while Skylar Rhymer batted in three runs.
Emily Clements took the loss in the circle for Crystal City.

Four different players scored to lead the Jackson girls soccer team to a 4-0 victory over Poplar Bluff in the Noon Optimist Tournament at Cape Central High School.
Cassidi Tomsu, Grace Pehle, Natalie Miller and Lauren Welker each scored for the Indians, who scored three of their goals in the second half.
Sam Snicker and Emily Hermann combined for the shutout in the net.
Central and Sikeston finished tied at 2-2 in the nightcap. Calli House provided both of the Tigers' goals.
The tournament began with Marion (Illinois) defeating Perryville 4-1. No further information was provided.
The tournament resumes at 4:30 p.m. today with a matchup between Perryville and Sikeston, followed by Central taking on Poplar Bluff at 6:15 p.m. Jackson and Marion will square off in the nightcap at 8 p.m.
Lynsey Powers had a goal and an assist, and the Hawks snapped a two-game skid with a road win over the Eagles.
Kaitlyn Johnson and Marissa Jones each added a goal for Kelly (3-2), while goalkeeper Tori Duenne finished with five saves.
