All the local high school events reported Tuesday to the Southeast Missourian.

The Central boys basketball team outscored visiting Seckman by 23 points in the third quarter and breezed to a 76-37 victory Tuesday.

The Tigers turned a 14-point halftime lead into a 37-point advantage by the close of the third quarter. Central outscored Seckman 28-5 in the period.

T.J. Tisdell led the way for Central with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Jamal Cox added 16 points, Ross McClanahan had 15 and Tim Booker finished with 10.

Booker totaled six assists, as did Vance Toole.
