Ramsey Scott drilled a two-run double in the top of the 10th inning to lift Central to a 6-5 baseball victory against host Portageville on Monday.
The hit came with nobody out after Christian Cavaness and winning pitcher Luke Hinkebein opened the inning with walks.
Hinkebein pitched three innings of scoreless relief. He struck out six, walked one and allowed three hits.
Tigers starter Chase Hagerty allowed nine hits over the first seven innings, but only one of the four runs he allowed was earned.
Central improved to 1-2 with the win.
