Central freshman Jajuan Bell scored a game-high 21 points, including five 3-pointers, to lead the Tigers to a 74-60 win Friday at SEMO Conference foe Sikeston.
The Tigers outscored Sikeston 47-33 in the second half to break open a game that was deadlockded at halftime. Bell hit three 3-pointers in the third quarter to spark the Tigers.
"Jajuan Bell, his eyes light up when he sees zone," Central coach Derek McCord said.
Eli Harris and Garrett Ozbun added 16 points apiece for the Tigers (10-13).
Central will be back on the road today for a 6:30 p.m. game at Mehlville.
