Eagles Ridge drops boys basketball opener

Josh Carbaugh dumped in 13 points and pulled down 11 rebounds, but it wasn't enough as the Eagle Ridge boys basketball team opened its season Tuesday with a 58-41 loss to visiting Trinity Christian from Carbondale, Ill.

Andrew Hileman added 12 points and eight rebounds, while Aaron Margrabe chipped in five points and six assists in the loss.

Roy Yoon added seven points, while Sejin Park and Josh Friedrich added two points apiece for the Eagles, who return to action Friday at Rivers of Life School.
