Dexter won the meet with a team score of 322, beating out Potosi (329) and Farmington (330), who tied with Festus for third place.

St. Vincent, Perryville, and Saxony Lutheran were among the local squads in the 20-team event. The Crusaders finished in 16th while both the Pirates and Indians placed in the top 10.

St. Vincent’s 365 score gave it sole possession of eighth place, led by Payton Strattman’s 80. Perryville took a tie for 10th with a 369 score in Ste. Genevieve. Rilaynd Graham led the Pirates by shooting a 17-over 89 to help his squad finish in the top half of teams.

The two seniors from Perry County have developed quite a competitive rivalry this season. In a recent meet between St. Vincent and Perryville on April 3, only one stroke separated Strattman (39) and Graham (40).

Saxony Lutheran's 402 score was good for 16th in the 20-team field, rounding out local teams in the competition. Bryce Garber led with a score of 94 with Tom Hasz alongside him after shooting 95.
