BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- Top-seeded Dexter and second-seeded Bell City will meet for the title of the Stoddard County Conference boys basketball tournament tonight.
In Thursday's semifinals, Dexter beat No. 4 Advance 91-77 and Bell City knocked off No. 6 Richland 56-46.
Dexter (15-2) was led by Chad Gill with 27 points and Chris Carr with 20. Chris Hyten had 16 and Kyle Christian 12.
For Advance (11-5), which trailed 48-46 at halftime, Jared Ritter scored 25 points, Andrew Jenkins 17, Eric O'Hare 12 and Cain Kelley 10. Ritter hit five 3-pointers.
Bell City (16-3) was paced by C.J. Hadley with 22 points and Eric Henry with 20. Domintrix Johnson had 13.
Richland, down just 30-29 at halftime, got 21 points from Sherome Cole and 17 from Josh McMullin.
Meadow Hts. 79, Kingston 72
KINGSTON, Mo. -- Meadow Heights overcame a 44-42 halftime deficit and rallied.
The Panthers (9-6) were paced by Joey Bell with 23 points. Josh Mayfield had 16, Joe Jordan 13 and Chris Burr 12. Jordan had 18 rebounds.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
Delta 55, Chaffee 38
CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Sarah Cook had 21 points and Rebecca Below a season-high 18 rebounds to lead the Lady Bobcats (10-5) over Chaffee (3-9).
Rebecca Cook added 13 for Delta. Sarah Jo Cook and Below scored 10 apiece.
Jennifer Vandeven scored 12 and Ashley Graham 10 for Chaffee.

Cape Cent. 53, Marion, Ill., 25
The Tigers (3-7) closed their dual-meet season with a win at home over Marion.
Junior High Basketball
JACKSON, Mo. -- Cape Central's freshmen (12-3) dropped a 67-45 decision to Jackson. Brandon Twiggs led Central with 16 points.
Central's eighth-grade team nipped Jackson 43-42 to improve to 8-6. Lance Altenthal scored 13.
