Davault, Cook win horseshoe event

Mike Davault and Lachelle Cook claimed first place in a SEMO Horseshoe Association event last weekend that featured 12 teams at the Oran Jaycees.

Larry Glastetter and Marvin Margrabe placed second, while Allan Moore and Melody Williams finished third.

Cook also was on the winning team in a 17-team competition at the American Legion in Benton, Mo., partnering with Randy Grady.

Mike Massa and Cori Stoverink took second, while Randy Senciboy and Terrie Rose were third.
