The Redhawks are coming off a 90-75 loss to Western Kentucky on Monday.
"Missouri's a great basketball team, well-coached," Southeast coach Ty Margenthaler said after Monday's loss. "They do a great job of shooting the basketball. That's something that we're going to have to be great at, is defending the 3-point shot. They're averaging about 18 3-pointers attempted, so we're going to have to be on.
"And to play at a venue like that, playing our state school is going to be exciting. It should be no motivation at all to go in there and just compete, especially after a performance like tonight."
Southeast (2-2) lost to Missouri (3-0) 80-51 last season.
