A 25th Cape Central swimming and diving anniversary celebration will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on June 13th at the Central Municipal Pool.
The event will recognize school record holders and charter members and also involve a small meet.

Jackson senior Joey Janisse will sign a National Letter of Intent today with the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
Janisse was all-state in two events this past season, placing seventh in both the 100 backstroke and 200 individual medley at the Missouri Boys Swimming and Diving Championships in November.
Jackson senior Michael Houchin has signed National a Letter of Intent to play baseball at St. Charles Community College.
Houchin recently helped the Indians to the Class 5 state quarterfinals, throwing a shutout in the sectional round. Houchin also was the winning pitcher in the District 1 championship game. He finished with a 7-2 record on the season.
Gary Barnet fired his fourth career hole-in-one Wednesday at Cape Jaycee Municipal Golf Course.
Barnet used a pitching wedge to hole out on No. 12, a par 3 playing 122 yards. Witnesses were Ray Swine and George Glasscock.
