The Central boys tennis team improved to 7-1 on Saturday with victories over Columbia-Hickman and Jefferson City on a cold, blustery day in Columbia, Mo.
Central defeated Columbia-Hickman 8-1, then slipped past Jefferson City 5-4.
Brandon Gonzales and Garrett McMillan recorded wins in both singles matches.
The doubles teams of David Berry-Patrick Duffy and Will LaFoe-McMillan also won in both matches.
