Central swimmers place ninth at meet
The Central boys swimming team finished ninth out of 16 teams Saturday at the Springfield Invitational. Sam Gramling led the way for the Tigers with a fourth-place finish in the 500 freestyle. Central's 200 freestyle relay team was seventh in 1:36.49. Jordan Gramling, Trey Simpson, Sam Gramling and Caleb Coots comprised the team.
The Tigers' 400 freestyle relay was eighth with a time of 3:38.56. Members were Jordan Gramling, Sam Gramling, Caleb Coots and Ben Koch.
