The Central boys soccer team scored two second-half goals to top visiting Jackson 3-1 on Wednesday.

Cole Crist scored an unassisted goal 16 minutes into the game for Central (18-2-1), but Jackson knotted the score with a goal about 10 minutes later.

Tyson Whiteside broke the tie in the second half with an assist from Sam Bornstein. Lance Altenthal scored the Tigers' third goal.

Notre Dame picked up its second victory in two nights, easing past visiting Sikeston.

Meridith Medlin had four kills for the Bulldogs (11-8-3), while Allison Toole, Ashley Nenninger and Claire Goodson all added three kills.

Medlin recorded 10 assists, and Destiny Dirnberger contributed six digs.

JV -- Notre Dame won 25-17, 25-10.
