Harris shot 11 of 13 from the floor and grabbed eight rebounds. Kim Aslinger added 15 points for Central.
Ashley Voerg scored 14 points to lead the Central JV to a 42-30 victory. The JV improved to 10-2.
Central hosts Farmington on Tuesday.
