FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Ill. -- The McDowell Capahas -- playing their 10th road game already this season -- picked up a 10-5 victory over Fairview Heights Tuesday night.

McDowell (8-3) has had only one home game, but that will change this weekend when the Capahas are scheduled to play five home games.

"It'll be nice to be back at home for a change," said Capahas manager Jess Bolen. "It seems like we've been on the road forever."

In Tuesday's game, the Capahas had 11 hits, led by Jerry Wolsey with four. Steve Kress and Darin Kinsolving both added two hits.
