The Plaza Tire Cape Girardeau Junior American Legion baseball team pushed across 37 runs in a road sweep of Scott County Junior Legion on Tuesday.
Cape scored 10 runs in the seventh inning of the first game to win 24-14, then claimed the second game 13-7.
Tyler Rogers suffered the loss in the opener. Gaven Ray, Layne Spies, Eric Urhahn, Dustin Gebhardt and Triston Mitchell all had two hits for Scott County. Gray and Spies both had two RBIs.
Lane Henson took the loss in the second game. Spies and Gebhardt both had two RBIs.
