MEMPHIS -- The Cape Girardeau Kohlfeld Capahas stayed unbeaten Sunday, limiting Memphis to one run in each game of a doubleheader sweep.

The Capahas improved to 10-0 this season as Chad Bogenpohl and Brandon West pitched two seven-inning complete games. Bogenpohl (2-0) won the first game 2-1 and West (2-0) the second 9-1.

With the score tied 1-1, Ryan Murphy's two-out RBI-single in the fourth inning scored Tom Brewer an proved to be the winning run. The Caps other run came on an groundout by Lance Craft scoring Darin Kinsolving in the third inning.

Bogenpohl went the distance, allowing just seven hits -- all singles -- and striking out five.

Tom Brewer and Kinsolving both went 2-for-3.

In the nightcap, West scattered nine hits and two walks for the win. Memphis scored its only run in the fourth inning.

The Capahas scored one in the first, two in the third, one in the fifth, three in the sixth and two more in the seventh for an easy victory.

Brewer went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and Cory Crosnoe added three hits and two RBIs. Lance Craft reached base four times, stealing four bases and scoring four runs.

The doubleheader sweep brings Capahas coach Jess Bolen four wins from 1,000 for his career. Bolen's coaching record stands at 996-337.
