The Notre Dame boys and girls cross country teams swept the championships Saturday at the Kelly Invitational.
The Bulldogs girls team, was led by Tori Pfau in first place and Jessica Banda in second.
In the boys race, Neil Kanneburg placed first in 17 minutes, 19.3 seconds, while Logan Davis was one-half second behind.
The Kelly boys, led by Cody Kern in fifth place, placed second as a team.
Individually, Tara Johnson of Kelly was third in the girls varsity race.
The Central boys finished second to Ste. Genevieve, and the Tigers girls team placed third behind Ste. Genevieve and Herculaneum.
Perryville's Montana Geisler won the boys race in 17:31, while Central's Tyler Yeargain finished second in 17:34.
In the girls race, Central had another second-place finisher in Brittany Moreland.
Saxony Lutheran finished fifth among 18 teams in the inaugural Linn meet. East Newton won the meet.
Brandon Etzold led the Crusaders with a seventh-place finish.
Amy Sterling finished 16th to lead Jackson's varsity runners in a large field at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival. Each race fielded more than 200 runners.
Jackson's girls finished 11th, and the boys finished 14th.
Greg Gibson led the boys in 23rd place.
Peyton Waggener made state cuts in the 200-meter freestyle and the 100 breaststroke.
* Notre Dame finished fifth in the Ladue meet one day after placing fourth in the University City Relays.
Logan Bollinger led Notre Dame on Saturday with a third-place finish in the 100 butterfly.
Central lost 3-0 to Francis Howell North on Saturday, then beat Howell 2-0 in the Howell Tournament.
Lucian Johnson scored on a penalty kick. Garrett Duncan also scored for the Tigers (2-4-1).
Central (9-0) blanked Oakville 7-0 and defeated Lindbergh 5-2.
