MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Five high school volleyball teams will take part in the annual Woodland Tournament, which begins Tuesday with round-robin play. Notre Dame, Bell City, Leopold and Zalma will join the host squad in the event that runs through Friday.
Tuesday's action will feature Bell City vs. Leopold at 5 p.m., Notre Dame vs. Woodland at 6, Bell City vs. Zalma at 7 and Notre Dame vs. Leopold at 8.
There will be three more round-robin matches both Wednesday and Thursday, leading up to the finals Friday. The third-place match will be at 6 p.m. Friday, followed by the championship contest at 7:30.
