Walker is a two-time provincial champion (1992, 1997) in Canada. She brought home silver medals this past year at the Desert Devils Classic Cup in Arizona and Classic Cup in Michigan.

"Michelle is a very strong all-around gymnast and should be able to step right in and make an impact as a freshman," said Southeast coach Kris Buchheister. "She is just a beautiful gymnast to watch and I admire he dedication to the sport."
