WB49 of Cape Girardeau has announced that it will televise Southeast Missouri State University's 2000 football opener at 6 p.m. Aug. 31 as the Indians and new head coach Tim Billings face Marshall in Huntington, W.V.
Marshall, with Billings as defensive coordinator, went 13-0 last season and finished the campaign ranked 10th nationally in Division I-A.
The Indians begin practice with their newcomers today. Full-squad workouts are set to start Wednesday.
