Hayti overcame a 14-0 halftime deficit and a second-half weather delay of just over an hour to rally for a 22-14 victory over host Scott City on Friday night.
The Indians (3-4) have won six straight meetings and 12 of the last 13 against the Rams (4-3).
Karnard Humes scored on a 15-yard run on the first play of the fourth quarter and the first play after the delay to forge a 14-14 tie. Hayti was successful on the two-point conversion to take the lead for good at 16-14.
The Rams ran just 17 offensive plays in the second half compared to 47 for Hayti as the Indians controlled the final two quarters.
Scott City running back Travis Phillips was held under 100 yards for the first time this season. He gained 70 yards on 18 carries.
