The Lady Pirates, 8-3 on the season, lost to Oakville 3-0 but came back to beat Jackson 2-0, Pacific 8-2 and Affton 5-0.

Amanda Roth hurled two shutouts for the Lady Pirates while Megan Narrow recorded the other victory.

Offensively in the tournament, Jamie Martin went 7-for-13; Stacy Baer had four hits, including two home runs; and Amy Steffens added four hits.

"It was a real good tournament for us," said Perryville coach Lynn O'Neal. "I thought we played very well."
