ST. LOUIS -- Southeast Missouri State University's women's soccer team suffered its second exhibition loss of the preseason Saturday night as host St. Louis University posted a 2-0 victory.
Katie Zaegel and Anne Lucier scored goals for the Billikens, the defending Conference USA champions.
The Billikens outshot Southeast 14-2 and forced Otahkian goalkeeper Tami Hebert to make 11 saves. SLU keeper Meghann Burke needed to make just one save.
Southeast will play its third and final exhibition game Tuesday when Missouri-Rolla comes to Houck Stadium for a 7 p.m. start. The regular season opens Friday night at home against Northern Iowa.
