BRIEFLY: LOCAL MAN TO DELIVER FIRST PITCH

Don Hinkebein of JCS/TEL-LINK, a local Ameritech dealer, will throw out the first pitch before tonight's St. Louis Cardinals game at Busch Stadium.

Hinkebein, whose daughter Sarah will accompany him on to the field, will be dressed as the Ameritech Microtac Man for the pitch. Hinkebein is a resident of Jackson.
