FT. ZUMWALT -- Cape Central High's girls swimming team had three state cut times Friday but lost 100-83 in a dual meet against host Ft. Zumwalt South.
Central made state in the medley relay as the team of Grace Freeman, Courtney Maguire, Jean Maguire and Laura Dombrowski was first in 2:05.99.
The 400 freestyle relay team also had a state time as Jennifer Freeze, Elizabeth Green, J. Maguire and Freeman won in 4:04.41.
Another state time was turned in by Freeman as she won the 100 fly in 1:05.02.
Other winners for Central were J. Maguire in the 200 IM and 500; Freeman in the 50 free; Freeze in the 200 freestyle; and Julia Lufcy in diving.
Compete results appear in `Scoreboard' on 2B.
Central has a home meet today, facing Wentzville at noon.
