Herman Campbell and Jeff Koehler teamed up to win the SEMO Horseshoe Association tournament held Saturday at Scott City Park. The organization will hold a tournament this Saturday at Schindler's and Sunday at Scott City Park. Both tournaments begin at 1 p.m.
