Bowling tournament slated for Sept. 17

The Kennett Bowling Lanes will be the site of a six-game sweeper on Sunday, Sept. 17.

Bowlers will check in at 8:30 a.m., with the action to follow one hour later.

The entry fee is $65, with a $20 deposit.

There are still openings to compete in the event. However, the tournament is capped at 50 participants.

The first-place bowler will win $500, with $300 for second and $200 for third.
