Week Report: Heisserer, a 5-foot-11 post player, scored 14 points against Delta, 14 against Scott City and 16 against Delta again last week.

Season Report: Heisserer was one of the region's leading scorer this season, averaging 14 points per game. She nearly averaged a double-double over the season, averaging 9.8 rebounds per contest and she shot a stellar 76 percent clip from the free throw line.

Coach's Comments: "She's extremely hard working," said Anderson. "She really is the leader that holds this team together. She's a good shot blocker as well. She'll get two, three or four blocks every game. She's also our go-to person on offense and defense. She's an excellent kid, involved in all the student activities. She's a good all-around student. She's a leader on the court and in the hallways."
