AREA SPORTS BRIEFS: BOARD OF REALTORS GOLF TOURNEY

The Cape Girardeau County Board of Realtors will hold its 1st Annual Golf Tournament May 18 at Bent Creek Golf Course.

The tournament, which begins at 1 p.m., will have a four-person mixed scramble format. A dinner will be provided after play concludes.

Cost is $60 per person and $240 per team.

Several hole-in-one prizes will be available, including a 1998 Buick LaSabre for an ace on No. 8.

Proceeds will benefit community service projects.
