Cindy Ford of Cape Girardeau carded her first hole-in-one Tuesday at Dalhousie Golf Club.

Ford used a 9-iron to ace No. 8, a par 3 playing 110 yards. Witnesses were Lorrie Edwards and Tracy Blattner.

Bohn cards ace at Kimbeland

Shelly Bohn of Kelso recorded her first hole-in-one Wednesday at Kimbeland Country Club.

Bohn used a 6-iron to ace No. 6, a par 3 playing 134 yards. Witnesses were Patti Garrison, Theresa Rainwater and Anita Westbrook.

Bohn, Garrison win Kimbeland event

Shelly Bohn and Patti Garrison won the Wednesday Night League event at Kimbeland Country Club.

Diana King placed second, while Jill Braswell and Jennifer McLemore finished third. Lillian Schneider won the closest-to-the-pin competition, while Shelia Hager won longest putt.

Robins records first hole-in-one

Mike Robins of Jackson fired his first hole-in-one Sunday at Kimbeland Country Club.

Robins used a 7-iron to ace No. 12, a par 3 playing 150 yards. Witnesses were Glen Harter and Nick Harter.

Wilson earns medalist at Chip-A-Ways event

Linda Wilson was medalist at the Chip-A-Ways golf event this week at Cape Jaycee Municipal Golf Course.

Jan Weinhold won the play of the day, while Deanna Peterman had the low-putt total.

Mapes fires low score at WGA event

Beth Mapes claimed the medalist honor at the Women's Golf Association's weekly event at Cape Girardeau Country Club.

Lisa Bjelich placed first in the play of the day, while Mapes took second.
