AREA BRIEFS: TURKEY TROT '98 ON NOV. 22
The Cape Road Runners will hold Turkey Trot '98 on Nov. 22 at South County Park between Cape Girardeau and Jackson. The three-mile cross country event, which begins at 1 p.m., will also serve as a food drive. Entry fee is $4 before Nov. 19 and $6 day of the race. A one-mile fun run is free with a food donation. Race day registration will be 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m....
