AREA BRIEFS: HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE

The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department will be sponsoring a high school volleyball league for girls grades 9-12.

Games will be played at the A.C. Brase Arena Building and the Osage Community Centre starting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. The league will run from June 2 through July 28.

There will be two divisions, one for grades 9-10 and one for grades 11-12. The registration deadline is May 3 and there will be a meeting with the coaches May 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Osage Community Centre. The registration fee is $101.00 per team.
