Dixie is a 7-year-old black and white cat who is timid, but loves to be petted. She never asks for attention, but really loves it once you go over to her! Safe Harbor's featured special for June are black and white cats and also white cats. These cats are usually $50.00, but for the month of June they are $35.00. Mitzi is a 6-7 month old golden retriver/lab mix female who was brought into the Cape Girardeau Emergency Animal Shelter established to accomodate pets of families who were victims of the recent flooding. She has been abandoned by the family who brought her in, and has been in a foster home for the last three weeks. ...
