D&K Healthcare Resources Inc., formerly known as D&K Wholesale Drug Inc., has reported record sales and earnings for the first half of the fiscal year, ending Dec. 31. Net sales for the first half totaled $377.7 million, up 31 percent from the same period a year ago. Sales growth was experienced in independent pharmacy, chain and mail order categories...
