Local law enforcement officers said the Labor Day weekend was pretty typical, despite increased traffic in the Cape Girardeau area. Cape Girardeau police said at least four people face charges of driving while intoxicated after weekend arrests. A police spokesman said that number isn't any higher than other weekend arrests for DWI. He said officers also haven't worked a high number of accidents in the city...
