PERRYVILLE -- Beula M. Wingerter, 51, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 1990, at her home in Perryville. She was born October 14, 1939, in Minnith to Jennings and Flora Roth Brown. She married Terry Wingerter on Aug. 10, 1957. He survives.
