Wilke - 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Wilke of Jackson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house Jan. 27, 2008, at Health Point Community Room in Jackson.

Wilke and LaVern Sides were married Jan. 24, 1958, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson, by the Revs. Walter Keisker and Theodore Schmidt.

Their attendants were Ella Mae Kuntze, Verla Wille, Paul Sides, Walter Lange, LeRoy Wilke and Eugene Wilke.

The Wilkes have three children, Bradley Wilke of Scott City, Mark Wilke of Jackson, and Linda (Brian) Randolph of Cape Girardeau. They have five grandchildren, Johnny (Pam) Carter, Eric Wilke and Zachary Randolph of Cape Girardeau, Heather and Blake Wilke of Jackson.
