Mr. and Mrs. Raymond C. Seyer of Cape Girardeau celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in late February.

They were honored at a dinner reception Feb. 25 at Delmonico's in Jackson, with approximately 100 guests attending. The couple renewed their vows during Mass Feb. 26 at St. Mary's Cathedral. Hosts were their children and spouses.

Seyer and Rose Mary Hoffman were married Feb. 26, 1946, at St. Mary's Cathedral, by the late Rev. John S. Moser.

Their attendants were Geraldine Stoder, the late Lola Kinnison; Lawrence Seyer and Norman Hoffman, brothers of the couple.

Their children and spouses are: Michael and Brenda Seyer, Daniel and Mary Seyer, Joyce and David Bruenderman, Linda and Bob Garner, all of Cape Girardeau, Diane and Ray Staebel of Houston, Texas, Janette and Steve Bennett of Alexandria, Ky., Ralph Seyer of Bellevue, Wash., and Steve and Kirsten Seyer of Ballwin, Mo.

The Seyers have 28 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
